Resources for Holy Week

     The Church of England has twice daily services of prayer from March 28th until Easter. Details can be found here https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/time-to-pray  You can access via an app and also as you will see via a podcast.

    Palm Sunday: blu tack your palm cross (or make one) to your window so all can see and perhaps use this prayer:

True and humble king, 
hailed by the crowd as Messiah: 
grant us the faith to know you and love you, 
that we may be found beside you 
on the way of the cross, 
which is the path of glory.
Amen. 

  Maundy Thursday:  the Woodfield Team will be providing a recorded service. What about baking some special flat bread? Iyt will take about 30 minutes

•  200g/7oz of plain or wholemeal flour
•  a generous pinch of salt,
• 100ml warm water,
• 2 tbsp olive oil.

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and trickle in the water. Gently knead the dough on a board for 5 minutes and then cover and leave for 20 minutes; roll out on a dry flat surface sprinkled with a little plain flour. Pour the oil into a large frying pan and cook on a medium heat and turn until brown spots appear on both sides.
